By cableway on Lake Palù
The lake is easily reachable by the cableway from Chiesa in Valmalenco plus a short walk (very fascinating both in summer and in winter). At the end of your route you will find the Palu refuge from which you can admire the trees that line the lake. Recommended stop also for an after-ski nearby.
Starting from the hamlet of San Giuseppe , in Valmalenco, leave the car in the large parking lot in Prati Predana, at the start of the chair lift to Palù. From this point you can choose different paths that lead to Lake Palù and the homonymous shelter a little higher up.

In winter, the lake frozes and is covered with snow, showing a spectacular scenery.
